Arlie’s ardor for creating and making places, spaces, and all things prettier dates back to when she was just a young girl. Her innate warmhearted personality bloomed as she observed her father, now her Medical Director, care for his patients. His chaste dedication to his patients and their prosperity enlightened Arlie towards a never-ending spiral of love and care for her patients as well.
Her interest in skin health became more focused when she learned how to do Botox for fun. This austere hobby quickly evolved into a full-blown obsession, and before she knew it, Arlie Aesthetics was born. With over eight years of experience in the industry, Arlie has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and aesthetic results that truly make a difference.
Her practice blossomed from and is currently set in the heart of her home, creating an ambiance of personalized and intimate communication between Arlie and her patients. She looks forward to opening up a second office soon, mimicking the perfect aesthetic atmosphere her patients always loved at her home.
Arlie was inspired by her dad, Dr. Norman Frey III who is a physician specializing in geriatric medicine for over 40 years. Watching him tend to patients from a young age fueled her desire to follow in his footsteps. After switching careers and becoming a Registered Nurse, Arlie worked tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of her own patients. She never forgot the sacrifices her dad made to get her where she was today and knew that, no matter what challenges lay ahead, she would always have his unwavering support and guidance to see her through.
Dr. Frey’s passion for his work and the sacrifices he made along the way served as a constant reminder to Arlie of the importance of hard work and dedication in the field of medicine. From holding leadership positions to earning various certifications, her dad’s journey showed Arlie the many challenges that lay ahead, but also that it was all worth it in the end. With her dad’s guidance and support, Arlie felt confident that she could achieve anything she set her mind to and was eager to continue making a difference in the lives of her own patients.
